Customers are entitled to free repair and maintenance services within 6 months from the date of sales invoice. Please retain your sales invoice as proof of purchase. Our repair and maintenance services are for zipper or hardware replacement only. If you choose to collect your order at our office, our store staff will contact you via WhatsApp or send you an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
